Client Responsibilities

Clients are also responsible for ensuring that goods being shipped comply with applicable laws, including customs regulations, import/export laws, and restrictions on prohibited items.

Payment Terms

Payment for services rendered by Ocean Pride Logistics is due in accordance with the terms agreed upon in the contract or service agreement. Invoices must be settled promptly, and Ocean Pride Logistics reserves the right to charge interest or late fees on overdue amounts. Payment methods and schedules will be detailed in the individual service agreement.

Liability

Ocean Pride Logistics strives to provide efficient and reliable services; however, we cannot be held liable for delays, damage, loss, or additional costs that occur as a result of events outside our control, such as:
